Summer Thorn
Summer Thorn, CPA, MBA spent the first 11 years of her professional career in the United States Air Force where she served her country honorably both at home and abroad and in deployment to Iraq.
She then used her G.I. Bill to complete her bachelor’s degree at the Darla Moore school of Business and then went on to earn her Certified Public Accounting license and her Master’s in Business Administration.
She has worked in both external and internal audit at firms ranging from small local firms to Ernst and Young, one of the largest accounting firms in the world.
Summer first became interested in the cannabis space during her time in college, where she minored in criminal justice and learned of the racial injustice the punitive drug laws had caused. While this information stick with her, she wasn't exactly sure how her degree in accounting could help.

When not working on cannabis businesses, Summer enjoys spending her time with her two teenage sons, fishing, traveling, and working out. Summer is the Chair Woman of the Greenville Chamber of Young Professionals and has been involved in the chamber for the past 5 years. She is committed to helping small businesses thrive and remaining active in her local community.
Mike Lowley
Mike Lowley Founder and owner of 4 corners 3 Rivers Accounting has 20 years in corporate finance and accounting experience as an Accountant and Finance Analyst in the healthcare and defense industries. As an experienced member of leadership teams and working with decision-makers, Mike is known for solving complicated problems, asking questions and communicating solutions. Mike has developed a strong and consistent focus on supporting internal and external customers. Mike is Navajo and spends his time between his homes in AZ and NM. He enjoys spending time in his shop woodworking, making toys and restoring tools.
Malissa McLelland
Having over 20 years in retail management, analysis and bookkeeping, Malissa has spent the last 4 of those on the dispensary side cannabis industry in both the Colorado and New Mexico markets. She is versed in both Metrc and Biotrack as well as a number of cannabis specific POS systems and marketing platforms. Her retail experience combined with her experience in dispensary operations and systems allow for a deeper perspective on crucial components of this heavily regulated industry such as
compliance, loss prevention, best practices and so much more. Based out of her hometown of Farmington, NM, Malissa spends her off time as an active member of several local non-profit organizations all while enjoying the perks of being a first time grandmother.
